The next cold front is forecast to move up the coast as a strong southerly change during Tuesday reaching Sydney during the afternoon before being replaced by the next high pressure system during Wednesday. The winds are expected to gradually turn north to northwesterly again during Wednesday, then freshen during Thursday as the next trough and cold front will approach from inland NSW.
