Weather Situation

A high pressure system in the Bight is extending a ridge along the NSW coast. This high will move east into the Tasman Sea during Sunday, maintaining the ridge along the coast into next week. A low pressure trough is located over the interior of the state and will remain slow moving, until early next week. The trough will combine with a cold front passing to the south and cross much of the south and west on Tuesday, crossing the Sydney Waters as a cool and gusty southerly change, before stalling along the north coast mid next week.
