Weather Situation

A cold front and its associated trough are crossing Sydney Waters today, bringing a strong and gusty southerly wind change in its wake. Southerly winds will gradually weaken and turn east to northeasterly, then northerly through midweek as a high pressure system drifts across the state. Later in the week, another trough looks set to brush southern and central parts of the coast, bringing a brief southerly change to Sydney Waters before weakening.
