Weather Situation
A ridge lies over NSW waters today, before a cold front crosses the coast on Saturday with thunderstorms and squally winds ahead of a southerly buster. The front deepens into a low pressure system in the Tasman Sea while a ridge builds over inland NSW, maintaining strong and gusty southerly winds and large, powerful seas into Sunday. Winds ease early next week.
