- Weather Situation
- Fresh north to northeasterly winds are developing along the coast as a high over southeast Australia is entering the Tasman Sea today while maintaining a ridge over the east of the state. A cold front and its associated trough will move across the coastal waters during the weekend, bringing a fresh and gusty southerly wind change in its wake. Winds will briefly turn east to northeasterly early next week as another high pressure ridge drifts across the state, then the next cold front will move across the coast on Tuesday through early Wednesday next week, with another southwesterly wind change after its passage.
