Weather Situation

A ridge extends from a high situated over New Zealand. The ridge is expected to be the dominant feature through most of the week, apart from a brief incursion of a weak southerly change this evening and into tomorrow, as a series of high pressure systems pass to the south. Then, a cold front looks set to cross the coastal waters Sunday through early next week.
