Weather Situation

North to northeasterly winds are freshening today through Monday ahead of a cold front that will cross the coastal waters between late Monday through Tuesday, with a fresh and gusty westerly wind change in its wake. Westerly winds will gradually turn east to northeasterly as a high pressure system drifts across the state midweek. Winds will turn northerly again later in the week ahead of the next cold front that looks set to cross the coast on the weekend.
