Weather Situation

A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea is directing north to northeasterly winds to the coastal waters today. A cold front slipping south of the state is to bring a southerly change to the coastal waters during Sunday, tending fresh and gusty about the southern and central coasts. A second high pressure system will build over the Tasman Sea from Monday and extend a ridge over the coastal waters during early next week.
