Weather Situation

A high pressure system over the southwestern Tasman Sea is extending ridge across the coastal waters while drifting eastwards, bringing an east to northeasterly airstream. Winds will become northerly and freshen midweek as a cold front approaches from the west, before turning westerly over the weekend following its passage.
