A trough entered the far south coast late Wednesday and will continue along the remaining coastal waters during today through early Friday, bringing fresh to strong and gusty southerly winds in its wake. Winds will ease and tend southeast to northeasterly during the weekend as a high pressure system moves into the Tasman Sea.
