West to northwesterly 10 to 15 knots tending northwest to northeasterly in the late afternoon then tending west to northwesterly in the late evening. Winds reaching up to 20 knots offshore north of Moruya Heads in the late morning and again in the late evening.

Southerly around 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore.

Weather Situation

A high pressure system will continue to slowly move eastwards over the New South Wales, reaching the Tasman Sea today, bring generally light winds. A cold front is forecast to cross the coastal waters on Friday through to early Saturday, bringing a fresh to strong southerly wind change in its wake. Winds will ease from Sunday as another high moves over the region.
