- A low pressure system in the southern Tasman Sea extends a trough into Northern NSW, with a ridge building from the west. The trough will weaken as it moves continues over northeast NSW during Sunday. A low pressure trough is forecast to linger over the northeast of the state Monday through Wednesday. Meanwhile, another cold front is forecast to cross southeast NSW during late Tuesday, bringing a southerly change along the coast from late Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
