A cold front which moved up the NSW coast during Saturday now deepens into a low pressure system over the Tasman Sea. A ridge builds over inland NSW, maintaining strong and gusty southerly winds and large, powerful seas. Winds ease early this week ahead of another southerly change from Wednesday.
