Weather Situation
Fresh to strong north to northwesterly winds are forecast to develop over coastal waters ahead of a cold front that will cross the coastal waters today into early Wednesday. The front will bring fresh to strong westerly winds in its wake, and the westerly winds will persist midweek as the deep low linked to the front moves across Tasmania and enters the southwestern Tasman Sea. Winds will then turn south to southwesterly after the second cold front on Friday.
