Weather Situation
A trough lies over the northern coastal waters, while a weak ridge of high pressure extends over the remainder of the coast. From late today, the next cold front will cross the south coast, bringing a strong and gusty southerly change along the southern coastal waters, reaching the northern coast and weakening during early Wednesday. This is expected to be followed by a broad ridge over the state while a low over the Tasman Sea deepens later this week.
