Weather Situation
A strong high pressure system in the Tasman Sea extends a ridge across northeast NSW, while cold front has crossed the southern inland and will continue through the central east later this evening. The front is forecast to reach northeast NSW by Sunday morning then move offshore into the Tasman Sea through the day. Another weak ridge is forecast in the wake of the front Sunday, followed by a series of fronts slipping south of the state through Monday onwards.
