Thunderstorms possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding in the afternoon and evening. Possible locally destructive winds and giant hail with thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening in the west. Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h tending north to northeasterly in the late afternoon then becoming light in the evening.
