Northeasterly around 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore north of Cape Byron.

Weather Situation

Fresh south to southeasterly winds lie over the coastal waters in the wake of a cold front. A ridge of high pressure will build over the coastal waters through the early days of the week, turning winds north to northeasterly.
