Weather Situation

A strong high pressure system drifting across the state during the weekend brings stable weather will bring moderate to fresh south to southwesterly winds to the coastal waters this evening and lighter winds on Sunday. As the high moves offshore, a ridge builds over the east early to mid next week, making the the winds shift east to northeasterly in the north and north to northeasterly in the south through next week.
