- Weather Situation
- A vigorous coastal low has brought large and powerful waves and winds to the southern and central waters. Conditions will gradually ease throughout the weekend as the low continues to move away to the east and a ridge of high pressure develops in its wake. Winds will tend southeast to northeasterly from Monday as the centre of the high reaches the Tasman Sea.
