This system will be followed by another cold front crossing the eastern areas on Wednesday, with another bout of fresh to strong southerly winds along the coast. Then, generally dry, stable weather patterns will prevail across much of the state through the second half of the week, as a high pressure system drifts across the state later in the week before entering the Tasman Sea by the weekend.
