Weather Situation

Slow moving troughs over the central coastal waters will continue to drive a southeasterly flow to the Sydney Waters today, fresh and gusty at times. Winds will gradually ease from Monday and turn east to northeasterly as the trough decays and a high pressure system slips south. The high will then build over the Tasman Sea and extend a ridge over the Sydney waters from Wednesday, turning the winds northeasterly.
