Weather Situation

North to northwesterly winds prevail today as a ridge extends over the northern coastal waters and a cold front approaches from the west. The cold front will cross the coastal waters during Sunday morning, bringing fresh westerly winds in its wake. A series of fronts and troughs is forecast to slip south of the coastal waters during early next week, ahead of the next trough that may brush the coast during mid week, bringing a fresh southerly change.
