A fresh southerly change is forecast to arrive late Monday night or early Tuesday morning as a cold front moves across Sydney Waters. Southerly winds will then gradually turn easterly mid to late this week as a strong high pressure system passes to the south of the state. The high will then enter the Tasman Sea and become slow-moving, maintaining east to northeasterly winds through the weekend.
