A southerly change has crossed Sydney Local Waters and is bringing fresh and gusty southerly winds in its wake and unsettled weather. In the wake of this, the a high pressure system over southern NSW will extend a ridge over Sydney Waters. The high is expected to move east next week reaching the southern Tasman Sea by Sunday, maintaining settled weather over the area.
