- A deep trough near the west coast is slowly moving inland as a high pressure system in the Bight moves east. The trough will move further inland on Tuesday across the South West Land Division ahead of a weak cold front brushing the south coast. A new ridge building across the southwest coast by Wednesday will extend along southern WA on Thursday. A new west coast trough will form on Friday.
