Weather Situation

A weak high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will drift eastward this evening as a cold front approaches from the west. The cold front will move over Bass Strait during Friday, with several subsequent fronts to follow over the coming days. A new ridge of high pressure will develop south of the Bight early next week.
