A weakening low pressure system over eastern Victoria will move over the Tasman Sea tonight, with a ridge of high pressure quickly crossing Victoria and Bass Strait on Monday as a cold front approaches from the west. The front is forecast to cross Victorian coastal waters during Tuesday afternoon and evening, with another front to approach western Victoria late on Wednesday. This front will cross Victoria and Bass Strait on Thursday.
