Southwesterly 15 to 25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots offshore north of Geraldton early in the morning. Winds tending southerly 15 to 20 knots in the middle of the day then becoming variable about 10 knots in the evening.

Weather Situation

A cold front is weakening across the north and east early this morning. A further cold front is brushing the south coast of the state during this morning. A ridge will establish itself later today and through Wednesday. An approaching cold front and trough on Thursday will produce a cloud band over northern parts of the Geraldton and through Gascoyne waters, weakening and moving east on Friday.
