Variable about 10 knots becoming northwest to southwesterly 15 to 20 knots in the early afternoon. Winds reaching up to 30 knots west of Esperance in the evening.

Below 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres west of Hopetoun by early evening.

Southwesterly 1.5 to 2 metres, decreasing to 1.5 metres during the afternoon, then increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres by early evening.

Weather Situation

A trough over the Goldfields and Interior will slowly move east over the next couple of days. Two weak cold fronts move across the south coast, maintaining a showery westerly flow over southwest WA until Tuesday. A new ridge will extend over southern WA from later Tuesday, before sinking to the south coast on Thursday as a trough develops over the inland South West Land Division and inland Gascoyne.
