Weather Situation
A cold front just west of Victoria will enter western Bass Strait during the early hours of Thursday before crossing the rest of Bass Strait by the early afternoon. Another front is forecast to cross Bass Strait on Friday before a high pressure system crosses NSW and extends a ridge over Bass Strait on Saturday. Northwesterly winds will freshen on Sunday ahead of a cold front that is forecast to enter western Bass Strait during the evening.
