A low pressure system east of Tasmania will continue to move further east. A high pressure system south of South Australia will direct a broad south to southwesterly flow across Victoria through to the end of the week. This high will eventually reach western Bass Strait by Saturday morning, then quickly jump across to the Tasman Sea on Sunday.
