A ridge of high pressure will move over Tasmania this evening and out to the east of the state on Sunday. The high is expected to remain over the Southern Tasman Sea through Monday and Tuesday and extend a ridge to extend over Tasmania, with a weak cold front to approach the west of the state late Wednesday.
