- Weather Situation
- Tasmania lies in a fresh southwesterly flow early this morning as a low complex slowly moves to the east. A narrow ridge approaches from the west, expected to move over the state during the morning, before a cold front follows later in the day. A west to northwesterly airstream will then establish and prevail over Tasmania until Monday, as an area of high pressure builds over the southeastern mainland and a series of lows and fronts pass well to the southwest.
