A high pressure high centre sits over the Tasman Sea today while a trough builds over western SA. The trough slowly moves eastward on Monday and Tuesday while another high centre moves south of the Bight from the west. The trough is expected to linger near the far northeast of SA on Wednesday and Thursday with a persistent ridge of high pressure south of the Bight.
