Weather Situation

A cool, fresh and gusty southerly change is crossing the southern and central parts of the coast today, before entering Mid North Coast later this evening. The change will continue heading north and reach the far north coast by Tuesday morning while weakening. Then, winds will become north to northwesterly again from midweek onwards apart from brief incursions of southerly winds to the far south coast as a high pressure ridge extends from the Tasman Sea to the far north coast while a series of cold fronts skim to the south.
