Bush Walkers Weather Alert

Issued at 4:10 AM EST on Monday 21 Sep 2026.

Bush walkers are advised that snow as low as 400 metres is expected during Monday. These hazardous conditions are expected to occur in the Western forecast district and parts of the Central Plateau forecast district.

The next warning will be issued by 11:00 am EST Monday.
