MINOR FLOODING MAY DEVELOP ALONG THE LOWER NORTH ESK FROM SATURDAY EVENING
In the 36 hours to 5 pm Saturday rainfall totals of up to 28 mm have been recorded in the North Esk catchment. Rainfall has temporarily eased in the North Esk catchment. Further rainfall totals of 5-15 mm are forecast for Sunday with higher isolated totals possible in elevated areas, which may lead to renewed river rises.
St Patricks River
River levels are likely to remain below the minor flood level along the St Patricks River.
Upper North Esk River
River rises are occurring along the Upper North Esk River.
Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn
Minor flooding may occur along the Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn.
