MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT GLENGYLE

FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT MARION DOWNS

The flood peak along the Eyre Creek has passed through Glengyle, where minor flooding is occurring.

Showers and thunderstorms are forecast in the catchment for the next few days, with isolated moderate to heavy rainfall possible, however this is not expected to have a significant impact on current river and creek levels.

Georgina River to Marion Downs

River levels remain elevated along the Georgina River to Marion Downs; however, flooding is no longer expected at Marion Downs.

Eyre Creek

Minor flooding is estimated to be occurring along the Eyre Creek around Glengyle. Minor flooding is estimated to be continuing along King Creek at Cluny.
