Minor Flood Warning for the Tully River

MINOR FLOODING LIKELY AT EURAMO FROM EARLY SATURDAY MORNING

Moderate to heavy rainfall recorded since Thursday afternoon has resulted in river level rises across the Tully River catchment. Minor flooding is likely at Euramo from early Saturday morning.

Further showers and storms are forecast over the next few days, which may lead to further river level rises and flooding across the catchment. This warning will be updated as required.

A Flood Watch is current for most of Queensland. A Severe Weather Warning is current for heavy rainfall for parts of the Peninsula, Gulf Country, North Tropical Coast and Tablelands, Northern Goldfields and Upper Flinders and Herbert and Lower Burdekin Forecast Districts.
