Warning to Sheep Graziers

Issued at 10:43 PM EDT on Monday 7 Oct 2024.

Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and southerly winds are expected during Monday and Tuesday. Areas likely to be affected include the Southern Tablelands and Snowy Mountains forecast districts and parts of the Illawarra, South Coast, Central Tablelands, South West Slopes, Riverina and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.

The next warning will be issued by 5:00 am EDT Tuesday.
