Lightning strike kills 21-year-old woman at sporting complex at Cooroy

A 21-year-old woman has died after being struck by lightning on the Sunshine Coast.

The woman was struck at the Cooroy Sporting Complex near Noosa just before 5:30pm.

Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
